BD AIDS

Syed Imtiaz Ahmed has more then twelve years working experience in both communication and action programs in which nine years dedicated to HIV & AIDS prevention program especially to most at risk population (e.g. Sex workers, Injecting drug users, MSM/MSWs, Hijra). He has experience in managing NGOs working for HIV & AIDS prevention project under HIV & AIDS Prevention Project and HIV & AIDS Targeted Intervention through providing Technical Assistance. Mr. Ahmed has experience in capacity development of NGOs/CBOs. He has excellent knowledge on interpersonal communication skills. He directly working with different Ministries to conduct policy level advocacy  and during developing National HIV/AIDS Communication Strategy for HIV & AIDS for 2004-2010 and IEC/BCC material for HAPP NGOs. He has successfully proved his ability to media campaign and mobilization during HAPP FAIR 2007 and has assigned for organizing HATI FAIR 2008 in three divisional cities. Besides programmatic attributes he has also built his expertise in financial management through present assignment in UNICEF. Mr. Ahmed has participated in forming programmatic alliance and its administrative guideline. He is good in documentation, e-communication, BCC/IEC development, planning, designing, managing and implementing development programs with GOB and NGOs.
